AL100 Universal Scooter Lift

The Universal Scooter Lift is one of the few scooter lifts available for a Class II hitch equipped vehicle, though it can also be used with the standard Class III hitch type. This characteristic, paired with the fact that the Universal Scooter Lift is designed to carry almost any scooter without modification, means that this lift is one of the most versatile and practical scooter lifts on the market today. It is intended for use with most travel scooters and full-sized scooters.

The Universal Scooter Lift attaches to the outside of your vehicle, and the deck automatically folds up when it's empty so that it is conveniently out of the way. When folded, the lift extends just 12” behind your vehicle's bumper. You can also choose to upgrade to a Swing-Away option, which allows you to easily access the trunk of your vehicle.

This scooter lift is not hard wired to your vehicle's battery and instead requires an AL205 battery case for power. The battery case purchase is an option when you purchase the lift. When you order your Universal Scooter Lift, you will also have the chance to choose from a standard 350 pound or 400 pound weight capacity option. You can also choose from nine different hitch adaptors so that this hitch is ready to install on your particular vehicle. This scooter lift can accommodate hitch heights from 5” to 18”.
