What does Protection Plus cover?
The protection plan covers common failures from general use. Protect your new investment against accidental breakage and electronic failure with and get responsive, easily accessed repair services when an incident occurs. Different Plan Coverage depends on the product purchased. Ask your advisor about what is covered on your item.
Protection Plan Terms
Plan coverage differs based on the product you are buying. Typical plans includes 1, 2, 3, 5 and up to 10 year coverage.
Service Procedure
When an problem happens, simply call the Protection Plus Customer Care Center at the number listed in your service agreement. Our Customer Care Center, which is based in the U.S.A. is staffed with dedicated, enthusiastic customer service professionals who will answer any questions you may have as well as provide a phone consultation, gathering information about the stain or damage and scheduling service appointments. When a claim requires a technician, a local certified repair technician will be contacted. These technicians are selected based on their expertise and proven success in repair services. Within a few days of receiving your completed claim information, the selected service technician will contact you to schedule an in-home appointment.

How do I get my Equipment Repaired?
At Med Mart, we provide in-home and commercial repair and service. If your equipment requires routine maintenance or the replacement of a faulty component, we will come to you!
What if you can't fix my equipment at home?
If for any reason our service technicians are unable to repair your power wheelchair or scooter at your home, we will provide you with a loaner wheelchair at no cost. We will then take your chair to one of our service facilities and do a 100% diagnostic and assessment, communicate with you what the exact problem and resolution would be and the estimated time of completion.
What if the product is under warranty?
In order to provide you with the best service, we will need the make, model and serial number of the product that needs repair.

If your stair lift is reading an error code or if your lift chair suddenly stops working, call us! We'll make sure you get the most of the warranty guarantees and help in any way possible!
