About the MiniLift
The MiniLift, manufactured by Handicare, is a mobile sit-to-stand lift which offers sizing and positioning options to suit many different patients. This lift assists a patient when transitioning from a sitting to a standing position. Because the patient must use some of their own strength when standing, the MiniLift is an ideal choice for building strength and helping a patient to recover and move back toward independence.
The MiniLift is available in two sizes so that patients can choose a lift which works best with their body. The MiniLift 125 features a maximum weight capacity of 275 pounds, while the MiniLift 200 offers a greater maximum weight capacity of 440 pounds. Additionally, the MiniLift features handles and side supports so that the patient can position their hands in various places to get the amount of support that they need.
This sit-to-stand lift is crafted from a compact steel frame, making it easy to navigate through smaller spaces while also providing it with excellent strength. The foot board is covered with anti-slip material for a secure transfer, and the lower leg support is adjustable for a custom fit.
