Nova Walker Lifetime Limited Warranty The manufacturer warranty covers the walker for defects in material or workmanship, for the lifetime of the walker. If you have a problem with your walker, simply call one of our expert customer service representatives and they will try to remedy the situation as soon as possible. The warranty applies to parts or replacement only, and does not cover the cost of labor or shipping.
As stated in the full Return Policy, this item may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund as long as the following conditions are met:
- The item must be returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
- The item must be in new condition.
- A Return Authorization must be requested from Med Mart within 7 days of delivery.
- Damage must be reported on the signature form at time of delivery - concealed damage must be reported within 3 days.
- Once the Return Authorization has been received, the product must be returned within 14 days.
