The Aqua Creek Mighty Lift is an ADA compliant and UL certified pool lift designed for in-ground anchoring. The Mighty Lift's flip-up armrests make it easy to enter and exit the lift from a wheelchair or walking aide. Enjoy the comfort of the Mighty Lift's sturdy seat and attached footrest as you access your pool. 360-degree rotation provides you with the ability to move smoothly in either direction using the ergonomic hand control. Aqua Creek designed the Mighty Lift to be adaptable to various home pool environments. Pedestals can be purchased with the lift to accommodate unusual gutter profiles or additional wall clearance. Optional pedestals are available in 8″, 1′, 2′, 3′, and 4′ options.
The Mighty Lift's stainless steel construction with its durable powder coat finish allows it to withstand frequent use in various weather conditions. Aqua Creek offers a 5-year limited warranty on this product, warranting that all structural components that have been properly installed, used, and maintained shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. All electrical components or other non-structural components, including the linear actuator, shall have a pro-rated 5-year warranty effective from the date of original purchase. The pro-rated warranty coverage is as follows: Years 1 - 2: 100% replacement coverage of non-structural components Year 3: 60% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 40% of replacement cost) Year 4: 50% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 50% of replacement cost) Year 5: 40% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 60% of replacement cost) This warranty does not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or failure to properly maintain any products, or normal wear and tear from day to day operations. The amount of weight placed on lift shall not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the product. This is considered abuse and will void any warranty. Note: This warranty specifically excludes reimbursement for labor or freight charges to install, remove and/or repair the product. In the event that any products are altered, repaired, or improperly installed by anyone without written approval by Aqua Creek, all warranties are void.
