At Med Mart we offer “White Glove” service so you can be assured that you get the in home delivery and set up service that you’d prefer.  We are using a service that is just as dedicated to our customers as we are.  With White Glove service, instead of receiving your package in a box at your door, your product will be brought into your home and set up in your preferred place. If you have questions about the product or would like a few moments to be sure that you are comfortable in operating the equipment, you’ve come to the right place with the right service!

Front Door Service (Standard Free Delivery)
• Delivery to the threshold of your residence. Your product will be delivered to your front entrance.
• The product will not be carried up or down any stairs to a different level within your residential building. If you live in an apartment it is recommended to upgrade to "Inside Delivery" at minimum unless you're on the ground level.
• The product will be left in its original packaging.

Inside Delivery
• Delivered inside your residence to the room of your choice.
• This includes the product be carried up to two flights of stairs.
• The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

White Glove Assembly
• Delivered inside your residence to the room of your choice.
• This includes the product be carried up to two flights of stairs (some items excluded)
• Includes up to 30 minutes of light setup that requires basic tools (i.e pieces screwed or bolted together)
• The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

White Glove Assembly
White Glove Delivery provides in-home delivery and light assembly as well as removal of all packaging materials.   

1.) Item Shipped
Your item(s) will be transported to a local delivery agent via a line-haul carrier.

2.) Schedule Appointment
The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4 hour window.

3.) Inspect Items
Upon delivery please inspect the item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage please note “refused due to damage” on the receipt.

4.) Assembly
The shipper will unpack the product and provide up to 30 minutes of light setup that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other) and the shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.

5.) Product Demo
Brief product demo to show you how to use the equipment. This includes on/off, simple settings and basic instructions.

The delivery company will exercise due care at all times while on the property or in the residence of the member, leaving no debris or packaging materials behind. 

• White Glove Delivery Service is available in most areas within the Continental US. Additional delivery fees are required if you are located outside of a regular delivery service area. If you are located outside of the regular delivery service area you will be notified by email of additional delivery charges before your order is shipped.
• Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
• Delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Can the technician call me ahead of his arrival so I can meet him?
We recommend that you be home during the delivery window, but a call prior to shipping can be requested at the time you schedule. We request that all drivers call 30 minutes out from the estimated time of arrival at your home. This, of course, depends on mobile service availability.

I'm missing a piece?
Pieces do sometimes get separated during transit. Call us if you did not receive all the pieces you ordered and we will track them down and deliver them at a time that is convenient for you. 

How soon can I schedule my delivery?
We allow our customers to schedule their delivery as soon as the freight arrives to our local delivery carrier.  If we have your email address, we will update you via email as to when and how you can schedule your delivery date and time.

I need after hours delivery. Can I do that?
It is possible for you to get an after-hours or Saturday delivery for an additional cost. Please contact us at 1-855-976-4866 and we’d be happy to assist. 

I have a delivery date, but something came up. How can I change this?
Please call us with your tracking number and ask to reschedule your shipment. Note that if a reschedule isn’t requested at least a day prior to the original date, additional charges may apply.

I want to upgrade my delivery service?
We offer a variety of delivery types including technical installation and assembly. For an additional charge, we may be able to upgrade your delivery service. If you are interested, please call us at 1-855-976-4866

My Delivery is today. How can I find our what time it will arrive?
Your delivery could arrive any time in the four-hour window scheduled. Drivers have to make multiple deliveries; they encounter traffic, or unforeseen difficulties at prior stops, so it’s difficult to be precise. We request all drivers to call you if they are running late.
