SUMMARY

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include the following.

  • Insure confidentiality of Company information.
  • Opening and closing the office.
  • Arranging and updating product displays.
  • Answering service/on-call procedure, greeting customers and other visitors in the office.
  • Answering customer product questions and closing sales, orders and inter-branch paperwork, etc.
  • All patient charts and information kept orderly and current at all times.
  • Screening and direction of incoming communications.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE – High school graduate or possess G.E.D. At least one year general office (10-key adding machine, typing/computer keyboard (30 wpm), copier, filing, fax and phone), AR, Medicare/Medicaid, bookkeeping, or medical office experience, as appropriate. Must pass basic math test. Detail oriented, good people skills and the ability to follow-up. Desire to learn and advance. Ability to deal pleasantly and patiently with geriatric population.
  • LANGUAGE SKILLS – Ability to read, analyzes, and interpret general business periodicals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, patients, and the general public.
  • COMPUTER SKILLS – Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows including Excel and Word. Must have experience using medical practice software.
  • COMMUNICATION SKILLS – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and write correspondence. Ability to speak professionally and effectively with patients and/or other employees.
  • MATHEMATICAL SKILLS – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • REASONING ABILITY – Good verbal and reading skills, including the ability to read and analyze insurance data for accuracy, as well as the ability to review, process and complete the necessary forms properly. The ability to clearly communicate with patients, employees of other job-sites, and fellow Queen City Med Mart employees.
  • CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS – Must have current (state) operator's license.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

 

- Insure confidentiality of Company information.
- Responsibility for the maintenance, repair, cleaning, inventory, shipping and receiving and warehousing of equipment and supplies, and Company vehicles, and related paperwork, as assigned.
- Work closely with the operations manager.
- Responsible for construction, modification, installation and repair of equipment and displays in show rooms and offices, as assigned.
- On-Call, as assigned, answering any page/text within ten minutes.
- Respond physically to all after hours service requests/new starts within the service area of the Company.
- Assist in training of staff as needed.
- Assist and direct other staff, as needed.
- Responsible for securing the warehouse and double-checking security of vehicles each evening.

SUMMARY

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include the following.

Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

 

  • Strict adherence to the company policy and procedure manual.

  • Pick-up of routing from dispatch.

  • Check all paperwork with dispatch.

  • Selection of clean, properly operating equipment for delivery, loading of vehicles.

  • Check vehicles safety, fluid levels, etc., manifest, hazardous materials and legal documentation requirements.

  • Always wear seat belt.

  • Complete all morning pick-ups and deliveries per dispatch.

  • Return to base for afternoon dispatch information.

  • Afternoon pick-ups and deliveries as needed.

  • Check all paperwork with dispatch.

  • Secure of vehicle during and at the end of the work period.

  • Off load equipment, clean and restock equipment and vehicle (inside and out) each day.

  • Assist other staff, as needed.

  • Responsibility for the tagging, inventory, assisting in shipping and receiving and warehousing of equipment and supplies, and Company vehicles, and related paperwork as assigned.

  • Run errands.

  • Check and report on inventory levels.

  • Clean Home Access Storage area.

  • Check-in and storage of incoming freight.

  • Assist in securing Home Access Storage area each evening.

  • Other duties, as assigned.

  • Responsibility for the maintenance, repair, cleaning, inventory, shipping and receiving and warehousing of equipment and supplies, and Company vehicles, and related paperwork, as assigned.

  • Manage cash or account purchases, and receipts.

  • Keep all job documentation current and turned in on time.
