At Med Mart, local and nationally, we offer a simple answer to your organizations purchasing and planning. Upon qualification, your company will be assigned a PO number and have the ability to make quick and easy purchases. Whether you’re a School or Military facility, Elder Care, Hospital or Private Company, any organization can qualify and our qualified staff is on hand ready to assist you.
Med Mart doesn’t charge any fees or interest for Purchase Orders. We have the standard Net30 terms. We do ask that payment is made within 30 days from the invoice date. Should payment not be remitted within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge a 1.5% (18% apr) interest fee charged by month for each month that payment is not received.
You will start by filling out an application that is attached below and submitting it to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxing it to 1-513-360-4386 Attn: E-Commerce. You will only need to apply one time. Once you are approved, you will receive your company’s PO number. You will use this each time you make an order with Med Mart. This will be a quick and easy process. You’re able to input your PO number into the online sale process or you are welcome to call us for ordering. Purchases made by a purchase order are final and are exempt from Return Policy.
