We are pleased to offer free shipping on every product to the continental United States (lower 48 states). Please note: Free shipping is not available for customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. While we can ship to these locations, customers will be responsible for covering shipping costs.
Delivery Times and Methods
Standard Shipping:
Most items will arrive via UPS or Federal Express within 3–5 business days.
Freight Delivery:
If your order includes larger or heavier items such as:
- Hospital beds
- Adjustable beds
- Lift chairs
- Pool lifts
- Vehicle lifts
- Stairlifts
- Larger power chairs
- Patient lifts
These will ship via freight and typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the date they leave the manufacturer.
Important Notes on Freight Delivery:
- Freight shipments are delivered curbside, usually by a single driver.
- Drivers will not traverse steps, elevators, or enter your home. If special delivery needs arise, please contact us ahead of time.
- White Glove Premier In-Home Delivery and Setup is available at an additional cost. This service ensures delivery into your home, setup, and debris removal. While it may add up to 10 days to the total delivery time, it eliminates any hassle for you.
Order Tracking and Confirmation
- Upon placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation with an anticipated delivery date.
- Tracking information will be available 24 hours after your order is placed.
- Use this tracking to monitor your shipment in real time

Custom and Specialty Items
Custom orders and certain specialty items may take longer for delivery. These include:
- Lift chairs
- Power wheelchairs
- Ultra-lightweight wheelchairs
- Lightweight wheelchairs
- Heavy-duty wheelchairs
- Scooters
- Hand cycles
If your item is in stock, it will ship immediately and typically arrive within 3–5 business days. For custom or backordered items, projected delivery dates will be included in your order confirmation.
Can I Upgrade My Shipping?
Yes, absolutely! You can upgrade your shipping for faster delivery. However, please note that if your product is custom or not “in stock,” expedited delivery will only apply once the product is ready to ship. Upgrading your shipping does not speed up the production or preparation process of your equipment.
Also, upgraded shipping covers faster transit times only and does not include setup or in-home delivery.
