The Med Mart Service Crew has thousands of repair technicians nationwide. Our local pros receive ongoing training and have access to 1,000’s of repair parts for the most popular DME products.

What to Expect
Rest assured that our technicians will remind you of your service in plenty of time and treat your home with professionalism and respect. We pledge to exceed our customers' expectations by providing quality products and services with integrity, kindness and efficiency.
Cost
The cost of a repairs visit is flat rate $175, up to the first 100 miles. Service may not be available in some remote or rural areas. Additional mileage fees will be assessed beyond 100 miles from our service location. Cost of parts not included. Rest assured that you will NOT be charged until after the Med Mart Field Tech completes the diagnostic or repair visit.

How do I get my Equipment Repaired?
At Med Mart, we provide in-home and commercial repair and service. If your equipment requires routine maintenance or the replacement of a faulty component, we will come to you!
What if you can't fix my equipment at home?
If for any reason our service technicians are unable to repair your power wheelchair or scooter at your home, we will provide you with a loaner wheelchair at no cost. We will then take your chair to one of our service facilities and do a 100% diagnostic and assessment, communicate with you what the exact problem and resolution would be and the estimated time of completion.
What if the product is under warranty?
In order to provide you with the best service, we will need the make, model and serial number of the product that needs repair.
