Axiom S Foam Cushion

The Ki Mobility Axiom S is made of a high-quality polyurethane foam designed for advanced pressure relief and positioning. The Axiom line of cushions is designed around their hexagonal foam shapes in the well of the cushion. These unique hexagonal shapes reduce surface tension which means better immersion into the cushion. With less surface tension and more immersion into the cushion, you experience better pressure relief. A quality cover features a 4-way stretch, water-resistant, pleated top layer. The single layer is the key. By using only one layer, surface tension is kept to a minimum which provides better immersion into the hexagonal foam shapes and therefore better immersion into the cushion.

The Axiom S provides a comfortable cushion while creating excellent stability and support. The contoured well supports the Trochanters and properly positions your femurs. The hexagonal shapes in the contoured well envelops the Ischial Tuberosities and Coccyx for excellent support and stability. The Axiom S features deeper hexagonal shapes than the Axiom G and Axiom P. The deeper hexagonal shapes allow you to immerse more deeply into the cushion with better envelopment.
