You will be contacted by a freight representative to schedule the delivery for when’s best for you. Please note that freight shipments are delivered curbside usually by a single delivery driver. They will not traverse steps or elevators. If you have special needs concerning your delivery please be sure to call us. Freight delivery drivers will never enter your home and usually will not place items in your garage as that is considered a threshold delivery. In general, freight drivers will make their best attempt to get the item as close to your home as possible.
