To operate the Portable Pro 2, press the buttons on the easy-to-use remote handset. If you ever need to fully retract the lift while in use, simply push the Emergency Button on the control box of the lift. Flip-up armrests and an adjustable footrest and seat belt make this lift secure and comfortable for the user. A weight capacity of 350 pounds also makes the Portable Pro 2 an accessible solution for many. The lift is powered by a 24v battery that can be charged using the included wall-mounted charger. Aqua Creek offers a 5-year limited warranty on this product, warranting that all structural components that have been properly installed, used, and maintained shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. All electrical components or other non-structural components, including the linear actuator, shall have a pro-rated 5-year warranty effective from the date of original purchase. The pro-rated warranty coverage is as follows: Years 1 - 2: 100% replacement coverage of non-structural components Year 3: 60% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 40% of replacement cost) Year 4: 50% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 50% of replacement cost) Year 5: 40% replacement coverage of non-structural components (Customer is responsible for 60% of replacement cost) This warranty does not cover any damages due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or failure to properly maintain any products, or normal wear and tear from day to day operations. The amount of weight placed on lift shall not exceed the rated lifting capacity of the product. This is considered abuse and will void any warranty. Note: This warranty specifically excludes reimbursement for labor or freight charges to install, remove and/or repair the product. In the event that any products are altered, repaired, or improperly installed by anyone without written approval by Aqua Creek, all warranties are void.
