The I Go by Pride Mobility, is one of many travel scooters that belong to the Go-Go Mobility Scooter Series. This model is unique because it is the only folding mobility scooter that comes apart and that works with a lithium battery (25.2 Volt, 9.6 AH). Mobility scooters with Lithium Batteries tend to have better warranty protection, they weigh about 1/2 of the weight of an SLA battery, and they provide really great travel range. The iGo mobility scooter can travel up to 9.3 miles with a 200 lb load. It can reach up to 4 mph as the top speed, and it has a 275 lb weight capacity. When unfolded the scooter is 44" long, and 20.3" wide. This scooter can handle ADA handicap ramps and other inclines that are less than 6 degrees in most cases. The turning radius is 45.9 inches and it even has a feature that reduces the speed automatically when making a turn for safety. The seat is 15.5" wide and has a removable backrest that also flips down. You can purchase armrests as an optional accessory for the i-Go if you need them. The rear tires are perforated, and 9" in diameter. Perforated tires provide a smooth ride, and they never need to be serviced. The front tire is 8" and is attached to the hub motor. The brakes are automatic, so you don't need to worry about a brake lever. Overall, it's a very safe scooter, and perfect for many applications.

***Please note the importance of following the proper steps when waking up the Endurance Lithium battery.
The battery needs to be initialized OFF of the unit.
Plug into the battery box first and then the wall outlet.
It can take up to 2 min to wake the battery and then leave it on charge until the green light comes on to show full charge.
These are the steps that need to be done first before using the scooter.
If the scooter sits idle for 25 days, it will go back into the shutdown mode and will require the initial steps to “wake” the battery back up.
Instructions are included on top of every battery when these are shipped.
