The Posture-Mate® HB Overlay by Immersus Health Company turns your sling-seat, high-back wheelchair into a comfortable support system. The unique ergonomic design of this overlay gives you a completely supportive surface for your high-back manual wheelchair. With three seat widths available and a back height of 20 inches (with an additional 12 inches of height from the headrest), the Posture-Mate® HB Overlay can fit most standard high-back chairs with a sling-seat.
The Posture-Mate® HB Overlay’s design is comprised of high-specification flexible foam, which allows your pelvis to be immersed in the system, while maintaining positioning throughout your back. The structured seat base provides the hips and thigh area with additional support. The back of the overlay’s construction has lumbar support, which helps with overall spinal alignment and posture while also keeping your back comfortable in the chair. The overlay’s contoured head support is independently adjustable, allowing you to find your ideal comfort and support, while the full arm covers ensure that your arms stay protected and comfortable.
The Posture-Mate® HB Overlay is simple to put together and secure. Velcro seams allow for easy attachment of the overlay’s segments, while the securement straps keep the back, seat and calf in place while you are in the wheelchair. The calf guard is easy to remove, allowing full access to your wheelchair’s footrest.

Immersus Health Company guarantees that they will replace or repair the purchaser's product if it is defective due to workmanship or materials, subject to limitations described in this warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages that arise from abnormal use, such as those caused by improper handling, cleaning or negligent use. The warranty does not cover delamination (cracking/peeling) of the cover or contamination of the cover as a result of cleaning with improperly diluted hospital-grade solutions.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchasers of the product. We will not replace or repair products that experience normal wear when the product is used for its intended purpose. Customer is advised that all foam will lose some of its resiliency and fabric may stretch or become faded over time. This is considered normal wear and is not covered in this or any other warranty applicable to this product.
In the event a claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, purchaser may be required to return the original product to Immersus Health Company.
