Joystick remotes with a 3-prong connector will have a serial number of D50901 (CTLDC1461). 4-prong versions will have a serial number of D51157 (CTLDC1574). Please note that the 3-prong version has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.
Certain models of Jazzy Select, Select 6, and Select 6 Ultra power chairs use a GC joystick remote with a 3-prong connector.
Other Jazzy Select and Select GT models use a GC joystick remote with a 4-prong connector.
