The Delta® Ultra-Light 1000 Semi-Electric Bed Package is a versatile and lightweight homecare bed designed for easy setup and compatibility with Drive and most other manufacturers' bed ends. Its universal frame design ensures seamless interchangeability, reducing the hassle of switching components. The transition box mounted on the foot section enhances flexibility by allowing the rotation of the high/low shaft, ensuring smooth height adjustments. Additionally, the wood grain panels are break and scratch-resistant, blending seamlessly with home décor while maintaining durability.

Designed for ease of use and patient comfort, the semi-electric design allows for adjustable head and foot positioning with the new and improved hand pendant, featuring large, easy-to-use controls. The self-contained motor system reduces both weight and noise, ensuring a peaceful environment for users. Unlike traditional beds, the motor assembly can be installed or removed with the patient in bed, making maintenance and adjustments hassle-free. For added convenience, a 9-volt battery backup allows the bed to lower the head and foot sections up to nine times in case of a power failure.

Built with a channel frame construction, the Delta® Ultra-Light 1000 offers superior strength while maintaining a lightweight design. The zinc-coated spring deck ensures long-lasting durability, while color-coded springs and labels assist with the accurate installation of side rails for enhanced patient safety. This bed meets all applicable FDA entrapment guidelines and has been safety-tested by SGS, a nationally recognized testing facility.
