The ObboMed OB-3600 UltraAir™ Alternating Pressure Mattress is designed for the most demanding clinical environments, delivering advanced pressure injury prevention through alternating pressure therapy with gentle self-lateral rotation. Air cells inflate and deflate in customizable 10–40 minute cycles, continuously redistributing pressure to reduce pressure points, improve circulation, and protect skin integrity during extended bed rest. To support mobility, respiratory health, and therapeutic outcomes, the OB-3600 offers multiple lateral rotation angles—including 15° self-rotation, 25° left/right/auto rotation, and 40° auto rotation. These controlled movements help increase patient activity, assist lung expansion and secretion clearance, reduce the risk of pulmonary infections, and enhance overall physical therapy results. For safety, the mattress incorporates patented inflatable air-filled guardrails, providing soft yet firm fall protection without the injury risks associated with metal side rails. The OB-3600 features a Dynamic True Low Air Loss (LAL) system positioned beneath the cover layer, delivering 23 liters per minute of airflow powered by a built-in 820L airflow fan. This high-output ventilation system actively manages heat and moisture, maintaining a dry, comfortable microclimate essential for patients with Stage I–IV pressure ulcers.
