The ObboMed OB-3650 UltraAir™ Alternating Pressure Mattress delivers advanced pressure ulcer prevention through alternating pressure therapy with gentle self-lateral rotation. Air cells inflate and deflate in customizable 10–40 minute cycles, continuously redistributing pressure to reduce pressure points, improve circulation, and support restorative sleep during extended bed rest. This intelligent pressure management helps lower the risk of pressure ulcers while enhancing overall patient comfort and skin protection.

Designed to support therapeutic movement and respiratory health, the OB-3650 offers multiple lateral rotation angles, including 15° self-rotation, 25° left/right/auto rotation, and 40° auto rotation. These controlled movements increase patient activity, assist lung expansion and phlegm expulsion, reduce the risk of pulmonary infections, and enhance physical therapy outcomes. For safety, the mattress features patented inflatable air-filled guardrails, providing a soft yet firm alternative to metal side rails. A mid-section opening allows safer patient entry and exit, while manual inflation and deflation offer caregivers flexible control without injury risk.

The OB-3650 incorporates a Dynamic True Low Air Loss (LAL) system positioned beneath the cover layer, delivering 23 liters per minute of airflow powered by a built-in 820L airflow fan. This high-output ventilation system actively manages heat and moisture, maintaining a dry, comfortable microclimate—especially critical for patients with Stage I–IV pressure ulcers. Additional premium features such as Easy-Go bedpan and shampoo, massager and warming functions, Fowler/Sitting support, Static mode, and Max-Inflate (Auto Firm) ensure safe transfers, prevent bottoming out in seated positions, and provide comprehensive comfort for both patients and caregivers.
