Protekt® Aire 9900 "True" LAL Mattress System with Alternating Pressure and Pulsation

The Protekt® Aire 9900 is the most versatile and effective air mattress available to treat stage I through multiple stage IV pressure ulcers.   The high-tech software-driven circuit board performs multi-zone pressure therapy, continuous "true" low air loss, alternating pressure, and pulsation all in one dynamic air system.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
At 1275 liters per minute, this mattress provides effective true low air loss with alternating pressure and pulsation. The state-of-the-art microcontroller technology monitors blower speed to set pressures. The user-friendly control panel has dome keys, an LED display for a simple user interface, and displays patient comfort pressure level by weight.  You can also choose alternating pressure cycles of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 & 30 minutes, allowing caregivers to customize pressure redistribution and skin surface interface.

The lockout key completely locks the control panel to eliminate accidental tampering with the patient settings. The mattress system also has a nylon top cover that is fluid resistant and quilted for added comfort. Cell-on-cell mattress design prevents the patient from bottoming out in case of a power failure. Another important feature is the automatic Fowler function (seat inflate), which recognizes when the patient is in the upright position and increases air flow in the middle bladders by 20% to prevent bottoming out.  Audio/visual alarms are standard and activate in the event of a power outage or low-pressure events to help alert caregivers to any potential problems that need attention, while the internal memory always retains current settings during a power outage, and will resume desired operation upon power return.
