About the multiLift Pool Lift

The S.R. Smith multiLift Pool Lift is an adaptable and convenient solution to safe pool entries and exits for disabled persons. The multiLift features a design which allows you to adapt it to your specific needs. The lift can be entered from the left or the right, and can be securely installed poolside. The multiLift Pool Lift offers a Wheel-a-Way option which allows you to remove the lift during the off-season or during periods when it will not be used.

Designed with safety in mind, the multiLift includes a LifeOperator Intelligent Control System. This system is a handheld corded control which allows the user to fully control the lift. The control features an emergency stop button, as well as an audible safety alert. A lap belt helps to keep the user securely in the seat until they are ready to move.

The versatile S.R. Smith multiLift is suitable for use in a variety of settings. It can be installed at a home in-ground pool, but is also an excellent choice for use in rehabilitation centers and larger facilities. An activation key is an optional feature which helps to prevent unauthorized use of the lift, and which may be a preference for use in public facilities.

Warranty

S.R. Smith pool lifts have a three (3) year warranty on the frame, excluding the powder coated paint finish, which may become scratched with normal use. All electronic and motor components, with the exception of batteries, have a full two (2) year warranty. Within the warranty period, S.R.Smith will repair or replace any item deemed to be found defective. Lift batteries come with a one-year pro-rated warranty. During the first 90 days of ownership, batteries will be covered 100%. If a battery failure occurs between day 91 and day 365, batteries are covered at 50% of the original cost. Normal maintenance and care of the unit, including charging of the battery when not in use is recommended. Do not store the unit, battery or components near or around chemicals.

Returns

Under no circumstances do we accept returns of new items that have been installed or used. Check your item for compatibility prior to installation and use. Returns that include items that show evidence that they have been installed or used in any manner will be rejected and no credit will be issued. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping of the used item back to the customer. If the lift is canceled and/or returned before installation a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping item back.
