The BestLift PL500 Lifting System can be used for lifting from floor, bed, or any seated surface. Base legs open up to allow rolling in close to wheelchairs and commodes.
Battery Powered Lift:
The PL500 is a battery operated Patient Lift with a low 4.9" base height to fit under most beds. This system operates on a 24VDC 5AH rechargeable battery that provides about 40% more lifts per charge than competing brands. Includes battery and charging system with low charge and load capacity warning.
Dual User Controls For Greater Reliability:
All patient lifting and lowering is performed by pushbuttons on either the hand control (pendant) or using the controls provided directly on the control box. This dual control system assures the Lift can be operated in case the hand control is damaged, misplaced, or malfunctions.
Easy Base Opening/Closing:
The BestLift PL500 includes a foot pedal operated base opening for wheelchair/commode access. Low base height provides maximum stability and fits under beds.
Lightweight:
The BestLift is constructed of high-strength aluminum, weighs only 108 lbs, yet has a full 500 lb. lifting capacity.
Applications:
Designed for both in-home use and nursing home or facility applications.
Emergency Backup System:
The PL500 Lift has a lift and lower emergency backup system.
Sling Compatibility:
6-Point Spreader Bar. Works with most 4 or 6-Point Slings.
Safe Patient Transfers:
The BestLift PL500 allows a person to be lifted and transferred safely, with minimum physical effort provided by the caregiver.
