Engineered to easily support patients of up to 500lbs and lift up to 72.5 inches, the lift is as as versatile as it is strong. Whether you’re transferring individuals from bed, a commode, or a wheelchair, the swan neck style enables close positioning and effortless lifts.
An optional integrated digital scale can provide additional functionality, helping caregivers track patient weight changes automatically.
Advanced Ergonomic Features
Patient transfers can be one of the most high-risk day-to-day care procedures– this lift protects both patients and caregivers from injury. The Presence Pro HD lift dramatically reduces the risk of falls through an open, spacious design and tapered legs that can slide next to any piece of furniture. No need to bend down to adjust the legs– caregivers can open and close the lift legs with the press of a button. The lift weighs only 88lbs, making it easy to transport between rooms or facilities.
Customizable for Any Patient
No transfer is exactly the same, so why should a lift be “one-size-fits-all?”. Choose from multiple sling systems, including conventional 6-point and 4-point positioning cradles, to perfectly fit each patient’s needs. The Hoyer Presence Pro can work with a range of sling styles, including Hoyer Single Patient Disposable Slings, Hoyer 4-Point Slings, and Hoyer Professional Slings.

HoyerPro lifts are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty includes all mechanical and electrical components. Aluminium structural components and mechanical components on lifts are covered under warranty for a period of five (5) years from the date of delivery. Most service requests handled by the facility Maintenance Department with assistance from the Joerns Healthcare Product Service Department. Most parts requested can be shipped next day air at the customer’s expense.
