Does every purchase over $50 include free shipping?

Our standard ground shipping on orders over $50 will always be free in the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico have varying regulations, including higher shipping fees. Your shipping charge will generate automatically if this applies to your order. Most items will arrive by UPS or Federal Express within 3-5 business days. We do not guarantee delivery times with free shpping, but you can always give us a call at 1-888-260-4430 to check the status of your order.

*If your item requires freight delivery, ie; hospital beds and adjustable beds, lift chairs, pool lifts, vehicle lifts, stair lifts, larger powerchairs, patient lifts, any heavy duty or heavy weight bulk item, additional charges may be included and your product will arrive by freight in 5-7 business days from when they leave the manufacturer. Your shipping charges will generate automatically during the checkout proccess. Once your order is placed, you will be contacted by a freight representative to schedule a convenient delivery time.
