What is a vertical platform lift?
A vertical platform lift (VPL for short) can be used to transport a scooter, power chair or wheelchair vertically over a distance as little as two feet to as much as fourteen feet. A VPL can be used inside or outside the home to move a mobility device and its user from ground level to an elevated porch, deck, or second level.
