The Manual Hydraulic Patient Lift by Medline is an affordable solution for transferring patients from a bed, wheelchair, commode, or floor. This durable patient lift features an impressive 400 pound weight capacity and a chip resistant finish for easy maintenance. The padded swivel bar can accommodate 4 or 6-point patient slings, making this lift a great option for facility or multiple patient use. An easy-to-use rotating handle with a manual hydraulic pump controls the lifting function. A caregiver can raise a patient by attaching a patient sling to the hooks on the swivel bar, tightening the hydraulic pressure release knob, and pumping the hydraulic handle. To gently lower a patient, the caregiver can simply turn the hydraulic pressure release knob a quarter turn.
The adjustable base can be narrowed or widened using a hand lever. The maximum base width of 28.5” provides stability during transfers and allows a caregiver to easily position the lift around a chair, wheelchair, or commode. A base height of just 5.5” will fit under most beds for quick and convenient bed transfers. The base of the lift also features lockable castor wheels for excellent maneuverability.
