How can I check my order status?
To check order status, log into your account if you created one and view your status. If you placed your order with guest checkout you will get order updates sent to your email used when placing the order. If you are not successful with either of these options please call (866) 572-8478 or email us at customercare@medmart.com.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
The best way to make changes to an order after it is placed is to call us at 1-888-257-2024.
Does every purchase over $50 include free shipping?
Our standard ground shipping on orders over $50 will always be free in most US States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may have regulations of their own and/or charges included.
